Wednesday - Tuesday Food

I lost 5 pounds, woo hoo! I knew last week I didn't reallllly gain what the scale said I did -- I was right!! I'm very excited!! Well here's my food for yesterday -- BUSY and not the healthiest day!! I'll post more tomm!!

Weigh In Day

Well tonight is weigh in, I got on the scale this am so it's looking good for tonight -- I'm actually excited to go!!

Yesterday's food was pretty good -- although as commented my veggies are lacking big time!!! My goal is to stay w/in points -- I'm not going to be on track w/ my fruits - veggies and dairy like I should -- yet anyways. I'm working on one thing at a time -- however I am trying to work veggies and especially fruits into my day as snacks!

This whole weight loss has been hard for me this time around -- it seemed so much easier before....I'm going to have to think about that point!!
